Role: Bilingual (French/English) Speaking Technical SAP Project Manager (SAP Datasphere)
Rate: $110 CAD per hour INC.
Location: Remote in Canada with on-site project requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SAP Project Manager with robust experience in SAP Enterprise Data Warehousing / Data Analytics solutions to lead an SAP Datasphere project for a 6-month contract. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in SAP project management and has demonstrated technical expertise in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics. This is a remote role with some travel required throughout the project to the client site in Montreal.

Core Skills & Technical Knowledge:

• SAP Datasphere: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere for data warehousing, data modeling, and advanced data integration and transformation to support real-time analytics.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Proficient in integrating SAC with Datasphere, setting up advanced analytics, data visualizations, and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• SAP BW & SAP HANA: Expertise in SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP HANA, including designing and managing BW queries, InfoCubes, and virtual data models to leverage HANA's in-memory processing for high-performance analytics.
• S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics: Skilled in S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics for delivering real-time data insights and ensuring integration with SAP Datasphere for cross-system data consistency.
• Data Integration & Transformation: Proficiency in integrating heterogeneous data sources and designing complex ETL processes to align data across SAP and non-SAP sources, including experience with SAP Data Intelligence as a data orchestration tool.
• Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience using Agile project management practices to support rapid iteration, testing, and deployment.

Business Skills & Domain Knowledge:

• Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales domains, ideally in a banking environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage with business stakeholders to define requirements, align on deliverables, and present solutions in a clear, non-technical manner.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Drive the SAP Datasphere project through all project phases, from preparation and conception to realization and execution.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical setup and integration of SAP Datasphere with SAC, SAP HANA, and S/4 HANA systems, ensuring a unified data environment for high-performance analytics and reporting.
• Workshops & Communication: Conduct workshops with customer teams, translating complex technical solutions into business-oriented terms, and facilitating smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• System Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project requirements, scope, and clear business specifications, addressing any needs for system enhancements or custom configurations.
• Project Economics: Manage project resources, budgets, invoicing, issue resolution, and maintain high standards in client relationship management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering SAP Datasphere and related analytics projects across multiple functional domains.
• Proficiency in French (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
