SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Manager

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As an SAP Enterprise Asset Management Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Lead client and PwC teams in the design and implementation of SAP enterprise asset management technologies.
2. Lead and provide advice to clients on leading asset management and work management best practices. Knowledge of the IPSECA work management model is beneficial. Familiarity with ISO 55000, 55001, and 55002 standards is beneficial.
3. Advise clients on the enterprise asset management master data management maintenance and conversion approaches; guiding clients through the leading practices in asset and work management analytics and reporting.
4. Lead and facilitate design sessions for clients and lead the team through the development and approval of the project deliverables. Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology is beneficial.
5. Lead and mentor the junior client and PwC personnel through the entire project lifecycle.
6. Lead the development and execution of the testing for the enterprise asset management scope.
7. Work with the project management team to manage and report status, risks, and issues.
8. Collaborate with the other teams (functional, technical, reporting, training) to align on solution design and development and the completion of other project deliverables.
9. Assist with SAP business development as well as RFP responses.
10. Coach and mentor individuals within the firm.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

1. Solid experience with Plant Maintenance, preferably S/4HANA, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations with proven success at leading teams or projects through successful go-lives on-time and on-budget.
2. Experience with the new SAP cloud solutions, such as Asset Strategy and Performance Management (ASPM), Asset Network and Collaboration, and Asset Health Prediction and Optimization will be strongly desirable.
3. Experience with ancillary technologies, such as Asset or Work Manager, Geo-Enablement Framework (GEF) and GIS, Primavera and Enterprise Project Connection (EPC), Quality Management (QM), Environment, Health, and Safety (EHSM) is beneficial.
4. Bachelor's degree in business or MBA is preferred. SAP certification(s) highly preferred.
5. Solid understanding of the integration with other SAP modules required (HR, MM, FI/CO, PS etc).
6. Deep understanding of maintenance business functions and expertise working in asset intensive industries (e.g. Oil + Gas, Mining, Utilities Manufacturing etc).
7. Broad range of knowledge and experience with respect to SAP’s on-premise and cloud technology solutions.
