YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

1. Actively participate in the organization, representation, and delivery of AEM in various types of community meetings/events (family day, community events, hamlet meetings, consultation meetings, Mining awareness programs, follow-up on donation etc.);
2. Ensure community members have access to different kinds of information regarding AEM operations;
3. Provide Agnico Eagle with relevant community feedback and/or information such as issues, challenges, complaints that may arise and/or any relevant information related to the community;
4. Support the Sanajiksanut recruitment team in the hiring process by guiding jobseekers towards the appropriate resources.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

1. High School Degree or equivalent;
2. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
4. Comfortable interacting with community members by phone or in person;
5. Demonstrates autonomy and resourcefulness;
6. Strong ability to effectively communicate in English (Oral and written). Knowledge (speaking and writing) of Inuktitut is an asset;
7. The candidate needs to have a driver’s license;
8. The candidate needs to have good computer skills. Knowing the Microsoft 365 Suite is an asset;
9. Being a social person is required.
