Job Opportunity : Business Development Manager

Accountable To : Director of Operations

Express Employment is currently hiring for one of our clients, a dynamic company looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead the Red Deer branch’s operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Convert leads into sales and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Go into customer homes to assess needs and provide service quotes for furnaces.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to build the company’s presence.
• Lead and collaborate with maintenance, administrative, and service teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in construction and real estate sectors.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record (service industry experience preferred).
• 2+ years in business development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean criminal record, and clean 3-year driver’s abstract.
• Must have flexible availability, including potential evening and weekend hours based on customer needs.

Compensation :

• Base salary starting at $90,000+
• Quarterly bonus based on revenue growth
