- Maintain an 80%+ A & B player staff retention rate by creating a fun and rewarding work environment.
- Hire and onboard new talent, ensuring they’re trained and set up for success from day one.
Financial Performance & Operations
- Keep our business thriving by driving 10%+ revenue growth each month and maintaining 50%+ gross profit.
- Help manage expenses, ensuring our budget stays in check without compromising the guest experience.
- Oversee payroll and scheduling, making sure our team is working efficiently while maintaining 80%+ productivity.
Retail & Inventory Magic
- Keep our retail area fresh, exciting, and fully stocked while maintaining inventory at less than 50% of total sales.
- Collaborate with the team on merchandising and promotions to drive sales and keep guests excited about our products.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and distributors to keep our product game on point.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure guests keep coming back! (85%+ existing guest retention, 55%+ new guest retention).
- Lead the charge in creating a 5-Star Guest Experience—from check-in to check-out, we want every visit to be unforgettable!
- Keep the front desk and salon space looking amazing—first impressions matter!
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Help execute our marketing calendar, ensuring promotions and events are flawlessly delivered.
- Keep our salon engaged in the community through donations, social events, and team-building activities.
- Assist with branding and social media efforts to keep us top of mind in the beauty industry!
