We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Transformation Architect with a focus on Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) to join our team. This role is critical in helping drive business transformation by leveraging ICM technologies to optimize incentive compensation processes, align sales and compensation teams, and create scalable solutions that deliver measurable results.
Position Overview:
As a Transformation Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Incentive Compensation Management solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency, drive business growth, and optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). Lead the creation of solution architecture blueprints, including integrations, customizations, and configurations.
- Incentive Compensation Optimization: Analyze current incentive compensation processes, identify pain points, and provide recommendations for automating and improving processes using Salesforce's native and third-party tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, sales operations, finance, and HR teams to define requirements, build roadmaps, and set clear expectations.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions for incentive compensation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Customization and Integration: Leverage Salesforce tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, SPIFF and third-party ICM applications (e.g., Xactly, Varicent) to configure and integrate compensation management systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend new features, tools, and processes to improve the efficiency of Salesforce-based incentive compensation management.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years focused on Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- 2+ years of experience with incentive plan design.
- Solid understanding of accounting operations with specialization in payroll expense and management.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ICM or Salesforce solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.
- Business Acumen:
- Deep understanding of compensation structures, incentive plans, and sales performance management processes.
