Salesforce Solution Architect

Zennify is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Solution Architect! This individual will play an integral role in the high satisfaction of Zennify’s clients through the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce services and solutions. The Solution Architect is responsible for owning the overall design of the technical application as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs. Our projects are with clients ranging from local, small and mid-sized companies to multi-national enterprise corporations, non-profit organizations, and state and federal governments.

The position can be remote for the right candidate. This is a permanent position and we are not accepting contractors at this time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitates discovery workshops, in tandem with other team members, to gather customer requirements, understand customer personas, and elicit user stories.
• Assess client current architecture and architect solutions that meet client needs.
• Create solution design and articulate design to client and team; articulate value and gain buy-off; ensure user story definition clarity and perform quality reviews.
• Develop POCs and demos to articulate design concepts to client, including best practice recommendations; elicit feedback and adjust design to meet needs.
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise applications commonly integrated to and utilized in financial services companies.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceeded.
• Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing.
• Understand the technical depth of the project and validate the correct resources for the project.
• Recommend alternate approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues.
• Provide release planning, devops governance, and deployment plans.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing.
• Write technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the technical team members.
• Document build plans and delegate work to team members.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years consultant experience leading external, client-facing technical consulting services for complex system implementations.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience with complex third-party solutions; alternatively, 2+ years experience on nCino implementations.
• Experience managing project teams relevant to the delivery of the technical solution.
• Experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle.
• Possesses familiarity and first-hand experience with third-party solutions that support vertical objectives.
• Ability to lead technical requirements gathering & solution design sessions with clients.
• Superior Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools.
• Understands relevant Salesforce cloud functionality including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud; alternatively understanding of nCino operation application.
• Experience with FSC.
• Understands testing and release processes.
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable (up to 25% travel projected).

The full compensation package is based on candidate's experience and certifications.

$140,000 - $180,000 USD
