We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Project Manager, based in Toronto, to support the delivery of client Salesforce projects. You should have experience with Salesforce CRM software and be extremely comfortable and confident in understanding software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting implementations. You will also take a lead role in gathering and documenting client’s business requirements. You will establish a good relationship with client stakeholders, ensuring issues are handled appropriately. You will lead and drive client needs discovery and analysis, oversee solution development, conduct quality and testing, and guide the project overall.
