Description:

It is a great opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce and related platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to implement solutions ensuring systems meet both current and future needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, and integration, with a Salesforce Platform Developer certification. You’ll work in an Agile environment, delivering efficient and user-friendly systems that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy LWC components, Apex triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Implement declarative automation using tools like Lightning Flow and Approval Processes, with a strong emphasis on efficient process design.
  • Write and maintain test code coverage, following Salesforce best practices, and ensure proper debugging and troubleshooting for bug fixes.
  • Manage and customize Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms within the Lightning Experience, focusing on delivering user-friendly solutions.
  • Handle user support, including data loads, report generation, and resolving issues in Salesforce platforms, with expertise in Sales, and Service Clouds.
  • Collaborate with technology architects, data developers, and third-party providers to integrate Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Maintain and improve existing processes by identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiency, providing innovative recommendations.
  • Manage the full release and change management process, developing and deploying new features while retiring outdated code.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients, including ad-hoc analysis, insights on Salesforce architecture, and advice on implementation strategies.
  • Document customizations, processes, and newly developed features while continuously pursuing advanced platform knowledge to support both client and internal needs.

Qualifications:

  • 6 – 10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, with a focus on administration and consulting in business process integration.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom development using declarative tools, Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments, utilizing Agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across multiple systems.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and working with issue-tracking applications to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
