What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead requirement workshops to understand and document customer business needs
- Develop requirement specifications and manage the product backlog effectively
- Review and test customizations, providing demos to clients for feedback
- Serve as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and offshore teams
- Contribute to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence and mentor junior analysts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment
- Proven Salesforce product knowledge and experience in requirement gathering
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in managing product and sprint backlogs
- Familiarity with requirement management tools like JIRA, ALM, or ServiceNow

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
- Highly developed interpersonal skills for managing sensitive situations
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools like Workbench or Salesforce Inspector
