What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Gather and document business requirements for projects and enhancements
2. Manage communications between IT teams, business units, and vendors
3. Assist in formulating system scope and objectives based on user needs
4. Provide subject matter expertise concerning Salesforce to project teams
5. Conduct operational support turnover activities, including creating Quick Reference Guides and Standard Operating Procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
2. Proven experience in gathering requirements for at least one complete Salesforce project with integrations
3. At least 5 years of experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications
4. Knowledge of SDLC for both waterfall and agile methodologies
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
