Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located in Montreal, a Salesforce architect with at least 5 years of experience. The position is permanent, hybrid mode and with great benefits.
Responsibilities:
Architectural Design: Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Solution Development: Oversee all Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring quality and consistency of solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into tailored and effective technical solutions.
Integration and Optimization: Design seamless integrations between Salesforce and other information systems, while optimizing performance and business processes.
Governance and Compliance: Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, and ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
Innovation: Monitor Salesforce feature developments and identify new opportunities to improve business value through the adoption of innovative technologies.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience: 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 4+ years in an architecture role, with demonstrated experience managing large-scale solutions.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (asset).
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud; proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs); strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a team; proactive approach and innovative mindset.
Language Requirements:
The use of English is required in this position for the following reasons:
Communication with international clients: As some of our clients are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing.
Collaboration with English-speaking partners: You will have to collaborate with English-speaking suppliers and partners for order tracking and contract management.
Writing documents in English: You will be responsible for writing reports, proposals or contracts in English, for our international clients.
