Responsibilities/QualificationsIntrado is looking to hire a Salesforce & TaskRay Administrator to join our Finance team.
The Salesforce and TaskRay Administrator is the in-house expert on all aspects of TaskRay and Service Cloud. Responsibilities include helping drive best practices and documentation of processes, data migration, and providing administrative support across TaskRay and Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- TaskRay Admin Responsibilities:
- Work with project management and implementation teams to build out project templates utilizing best practices in TaskRay and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
- Manage project hierarchy structure and use best practices to ensure new projects and templates are set up utilizing the most optimal structure.
- Ensure we have the correct handoff point per product to create the right type of project outcomes.
- Work with the project management team to set-up task queues.
- Manage our TaskRay collaboration hub to ensure we are showing the right level of information to customers and external partners.
- Become the expert on Salesforce AI (Einstein) and how that can help our project management team become more efficient.
- General Salesforce Admin Responsibilities:
- Work with our current senior Salesforce administrator who is focused on Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced on all of the following:
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
- Sandbox environment management.
- DevOps/release management experience.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- Address user support tickets.
- Monitor and improve user adoption.
- New user and ongoing user training.
- Technical documentation.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder.
- TaskRay Certified Administrator.
Experience:
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with some combination of CPQ, Service Cloud, and TaskRay.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification.
- TaskRay or project management experience.
