Lotlinx is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by optimizing Salesforce functionality, managing our end-user support queue, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working as a Salesforce Administrator and a proven track record of success in administering and maintaining Salesforce environments.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing support
Perform routine data maintenance tasks
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
Document enablement material and provide technical support to help end-users efficiently leverage Salesforce
Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features and updates
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Experience with Salesforce configurations such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes
Experience with JIRA Software Management
Ability to execute end-to-end Salesforce projects from discovery, design, development and release
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
