The channel sales team is focused on building strong relationships with our channel partners to provide maximum value to our joint customers. The Sales Support Specialist will be a key part of these go-to-market efforts. The Sales Support Specialist will be a detail-oriented, highly motivated self-starter. They will work cross-functionally with the marketing, product success, and support teams within Beauceron. This might be the right opportunity for you if you’re interested in learning the foundations of sales while gaining exposure to some of North America’s largest technology solutions providers. The Sales Support Specialist will report to the Channel Sales Manager. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work from Fredericton, NB.
Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for qualifying inbound opportunities and ensuring a smooth handoff to the appropriate channel partner.
Responsible for working cross-functionally with the Support, Customer Success, Product Success, and Marketing teams to respond to customer and partner questions on product and process.
Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date relationship record and deal funnel in HubSpot and partner management tools.
Contributes to renewal process as required.
Contributes to RFP responses.
Contributes to partner communication strategy regarding major changes to product or process.
Contributes to sales process improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Thorough and responsive.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to take initiative in resolving problems.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Ability to travel across US & Canada as required.
Experience with HubSpot an asset.
Experience with cybersecurity landscape and/or channel partner relationships an asset.
Ability to conduct business in French an asset.
