Duties / Deliverables :

• ERP, or similar sales database experience;

Location : Gatineau (Québec) / Hybrid remote

Reports to : Vice President of Marketing, Proposals and Product Management

Main Responsibilities :

• Prepare quotes and responses to sales inquiries from sales channels
• Provide assistance to the proposal request team and contract management
• Ensure contract administration functions, including managing and maintaining ERP data

Functions / Deliverables :

• Respond to requests for quotes, information, or clarification via email, phone, and fax from business channels and clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Request and track deliverables from other departments required for quotes and client requests
• Prepare quotes using design documents and pricing guidelines
• Coordinate and distribute sales documentation, including sales guidelines, price lists, and business support documents
• Assist in contract management activities and provide overflow and backup as needed in preparing proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs)
• Capture and update accurate and complete information in the ERP system
• Participate in sales planning meetings as needed

Skills / Qualifications :

• Must have a basic understanding of pricing and sales procedures
• Technical courses or training with knowledge of networking preferred
• ERP or similar sales database experience;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (written, spoken), French considered an asset
• Microsoft Office with a particular emphasis on Excel and keyboard skills
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Experience in the emergency services/911 industry would be an asset.
