Diva International Inc. (“DIVA”) is looking for a Sales Support and Data Specialist.

This hybrid role is crucial in supporting the sales department in all coordination and administrative activities, data-driven insights, managing sales operations, and assisting with data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical skills, sales acumen, and a proactive attitude to help optimize sales performance and drive business growth.

The role allows for remote work in Ontario, Canada. Travel may be required on occasion. Must be legally eligible for employment and reside in Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support
  • Provide support to domestic and international BDMs and Distributors as necessary by way of direction.
  • Manage and maintain customer portals (pulling reports, inputting information).
  • Work with accounting, logistics, and supply chain team on customer portal needs (disputes, deductions, forecasts, reports).
  • Upload and manage image content on retailer websites.
  • Support where required with GS1/EccNet, listing forms, promotional grids/deal sheets.
  • Complete Purchase Orders in NetSuite for the Sales Department.
  • Create Opportunity Codes in NetSuite and updating the Sales & Promo Tracker.
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Sales Team (trade shows, travel).
  • Provide weekly meeting updates in 1:1 with direct manager.
  • Continuous development of product and industry knowledge through self-education and working with other departments.
  • Other duties, tasks, and special projects, as assigned.

Data Analysis
  • Collect, clean, and organize datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct data analysis using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Generation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, DataRails, NetSuite.
  • Support in analyzing business performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize SQL to query databases and extract relevant information for analysis.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify key business questions and define the necessary data requirements.
  • Communicate findings to internal stakeholders through presentations, written reports, and visualizations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

  • Work in accordance with Diva International Inc.’s Quality Policy and B-Corp set of standards.

Qualifications

  • Completion of University or College degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • High proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, Zoom and Slack.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid passport without restrictions for travelling across borders.
  • Experience and/or comfort working in the menstrual hygiene category.
