Our client is an industry leading expert supplier of Roofing, Insulation and Waterproofing solutions for both commercial and residential building envelope sectors.

We are currently interviewing candidates for a Victoria B.C. based Senior Sales Professional. Success in this role requires a combination of core construction technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to maximize income goals.

The successful candidate will:

• Identify and build relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and building owners seeking custom building envelope solutions.
• Understand the specific needs and requirements of the customer and recommend products and solutions that meet those needs.
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales / Operations team to maximize a positive customer experience.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with existing customers and prospect for new business with a focus on contractors, builders, and general contractors.
• Be aware of all projects and planned building opportunities within the territory, understanding industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Have knowledge of the building code and advise on new changes that affect the products and services offered.
