We are looking for a new Junior Sales Representative who is ready to embark on a fast-paced and challenging adventure.
YOUR ROLE
As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of driving PIECES sales across Canada. You'll be working with various accounts, helping them meet their business goals by offering tailored solutions and delivering top-notch customer service. You will also be a key player in executing marketing strategies, leveraging your creativity and social media skills to connect with customers.
Specifically, your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Establish and maintain relationships with Canadian retail stores, communicating regularly about sales goals, stock levels, and customer needs.
- Travel across Canada to meet with stores and customers, ensuring PIECES products are prominently displayed and sold.
- Actively participate in the preparation and execution of collections 8 times per year, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate product selections.
- Prospect to onboard new customers within the first year, focusing on 1 new client per month.
- Create engaging content for social media, including Instagram reels, TikTok posts, and other platforms, to build brand awareness and connect with your audience.
- Collaborate with the team in Denmark, attending bi-annual trips to ensure alignment and stay updated on new products and strategies.
- Work under pressure with a solution-driven mindset, always finding ways to resolve challenges, exceed sales targets, and be hungry for growth.
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, has a "can-do" attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You should have a strong passion for fashion, be highly adaptable, and always ready to learn and grow. We're hiring for mindset, and while experience is important, we're excited to develop your skills.
You'll bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in a fashion-related role.
- Fluency in both English and French, as you will be in contact with various clients across Canada.
- A positive, resilient, and sales-driven attitude—someone who thrives under pressure and can handle tough situations with grace.
- Comfortable with social media presence and creating content such as Instagram reels, TikTok posts, and more.
- A valid driver's license and a car for frequent travel across Canada.
- Willingness to travel internationally to Denmark 1-2 times a year and across Canada 4 times a year.
