We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative is responsible for new customer development and providing counsel visits to stores ensuring that we maintain and grow sales and profits while achieving weekly sales and revenue objectives. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Provide regular sales visits to stores
- Responsible for increasing sales and profitability as per budget
- Provide sales counseling to customers and national accounts
- Responsible to present service, sales programs and special products to customers
- Take sales orders and pickup cheques as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs and ensuring continued customer loyalty
- Present new potential customers an overall sales program including all services and pricing
- Provide overall merchandising and operations assistance for store setup
- Inform management on competitive activity and market changes
- Responsible to keep accounts receivables within our credit terms
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per Company requirements
- Other duties as required
What you have to offer:
- Ability to adhere to a hybrid work model that requires your presence at one of our office locations at least three days per week
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
