The Position

  • Effectively maintain and enhance an existing, established customer base
  • Consistently grow new business within your assigned territory
  • Ensure our high Customer Service Standards are met or exceeded during every interaction
  • Customer Relationship Management; develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships
  • Problem Solving and the ability to conduct Needs Analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate safety solutions are found and employed
  • Contribute to the Cambridge Branch/team to ensure key performance indicators are met on an individual and Branch basis

Qualifications & Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to successfully perform the job and excel at Bunzl Safety:

  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Industrial Sales Experience (Experience specifically in the Safety sector an asset, but not necessity)
  • Completion of University degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, time management and negotiation skills
  • Self-Motivated and driven
  • Work equally well independently, as in a team environment
  • Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams, other departments, and Senior Management
  • Territory: Greater Toronto Area & East to Belleville
