What a Day Looks Like As a Sales Representative

  • Manage the full sales cycle including cold calling, prospecting, presentations, and closing sales.
  • Apply grit and perseverance to directly impact your success and strive to exceed your weekly sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients.
  • Engage with customers and build relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and commit to following a proven process.
  • Experience with CRM technology that makes you more efficient and effective.
  • Solid set of computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).

Requirements

  • Live in the greater Lethbridge area or be willing to relocate.
  • Experience in business-to-business or direct-to-consumer sales; door-to-door sales and car sales are an asset.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment that requires adaptability and on-the-spot problem-solving.
  • Passionate about helping people and businesses.
  • Experience navigating sales cycles, handling objections, and articulating value propositions to customers.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Flexible in working hours between days and weekends.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Clean Driver Abstract.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a diplomatic demeanor, and an energetic, self-motivated, ambitious, and enterprising attitude.
  • Responsible and punctual.
  • Capacity to exercise innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel up to 100% of the time to customer locations.
