Role Description

This is a commission-based role for a Sales Representative, based in Hamilton, ON with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads. The ideal candidate will also attend industry events, continuously update their knowledge of company products and services, and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to estimate
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
