Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves outside sales, where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. You will utilize tools such as Salesforce to track your progress and manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
  2. Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new leads.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback.
  6. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.

Experience

  1. Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred.
  2. Strong understanding of customer service principles and account management practices.
  3. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  4. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
