Opportunity:
A Canadian medical device company is looking for a top performing sales representative who has experience selling capital equipment into plastic surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic medical practices within the west coast, specifically based out of Vancouver. With an exclusive and growing pipeline of products that are best in class, the company requires someone who has a strong and documented track record of performance. You will bring market knowledge, customer contacts and a deep understanding of the sales cycle specific to the industry and will intimately know the KOLs in the region. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Operations, you will hunt new business and leverage the customer relationships that you’ve garnered from previous industry experience.
In your previous roles you have consistently performed at or above plan and you bring the experience required to have an immediate impact on the business.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of sales success in the aesthetic field, selling capital equipment
Familiarity with high functionality when using CRMs for sales tracking, pipeline optimization and customer management
High level of comfort with transparency and you welcome consistent discussions and coaching with management, reviewing sales pipeline and market opportunities
Compensation:
The medical aesthetic industry is one of the highest paying industries in North America. Compensation will include a base salary and an extremely high commission at plan. Additional bonuses and commissions are provided when you overachieve your targets.
Summary:
This opportunity is for capital equipment sales directly into businesses and/or medical clinics. Pharmaceutical, CPG and retail sales reps need not apply. Preference will be given to those applicants who have sold capital equipment in excess of fifty-thousand dollars per unit.
