The Role: Sales Leader & Operations Manager
Fortune Creek has an opening for a Sales Leader & Operations Manager to join our team. This opportunity entails greeting and interacting with customers to provide information about our products and to increase revenues through sales. This role is based in our location at Pine Centre Mall.
The Operations and Sales Manager assists in motivating and inspiring their team to achieve production and productivity goals. The Operations and Sales Manager effectively manages operations, ensuring consistency and compliance.

As a Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out our goal of continual improvement through positive and effective communication with your team as well as efficient operation of the production facility. You will work to keep the production facility in top running order, from ordering inventory and processing products to generating production reports and investigating customer concerns and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example at all times.
- Coach and support other team members.
- Hire and train new employees for the production floor or other departments (e.g., cleaning, shipping, and receiving).
- Maintain and monitor inventory and equipment.
- Ensure that the production facility is clean and presentable for customers and suppliers.
- Greet and assist customers and suppliers as necessary when other associates are busy.
- Conduct regular audits of the production facilities' physical and practical conditions to ensure quality.
- Maintain product levels appropriately.
- Perform and record regular quality testing to ensure product conformance.
- Generate and review daily production/inventory report.
Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in a food manufacturing setting.
- 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
