Over 6.5 million credit applications are submitted via the Dealertrack Canada portal each year.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Go To Market. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by leveraging their deep understanding of sales processes and operations within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Salesforce and managing complex data hierarchies, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of SaaS operational metrics across multiple software products. In this role, you will be responsible for providing regular insights into sales performance, building operating reports, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to drive the successful launch of new products and updates to existing processes. Your analytical expertise will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency and driving business growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Sales Operations Optimization:
    - Analyze and optimize sales operations processes to enhance efficiency.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve processes impacting metrics reporting and data capture.
    - Measure and track Sales KPIs per product, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  2. Reporting and Analytics:
    - Generate and present operational metrics reports for all AutoSync products.
    - Collect and validate weekly product reports, providing executives with actionable insights on business performance.
    - Work closely with executives to tailor reporting needs and provide detailed, drill-down views of weekly data.
    - Perform ad-hoc analysis based on product/software metrics and sales performance.
  3. Project and Training Support:
    - Manage GTM projects and tasks to support the launch of new initiatives from a sales operations standpoint.
    - Facilitate Salesforce training for new sales team members and performance managers to ensure consistent process adoption.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar discipline (R)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales operations experience preferably in the SaaS industry (P)
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge (P)
  • Experience in supporting sales or prior sales/account management experience (P)
  • Experience in the automotive industry (A)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (P)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer focus, relationship management with customers and business partners
  • Passionate, self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
