We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will be a key individual contributor in driving sales strategy, optimizing sales processes, and improving operational efficiency across the sales organization. This role requires a systems expert with a deep understanding of sales operations, data analysis, and business acumen to solve complex challenges and deliver actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, skilled in identifying improvement opportunities and developing scalable processes while maintaining a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement scalable solutions to streamline sales processes, tools, and workflows, improving efficiency across the organization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other teams to align strategies, support business objectives, and drive revenue growth.
- Sales Tools & Technology: Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales tools to enhance effectiveness, ensuring seamless data flow and system integration.
- Leadership & Development: Mentor team members on best practices, provide training, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies. Lead high-impact initiatives that improve sales operations.
- Business Acumen & Culture: Leverage deep business expertise to influence decision-making and operational improvements. Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or related roles, ideally in a senior individual contributor capacity.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and provide innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Strong proficiency in sales analytics, CRM systems (primarily HubSpot, also Salesforce), and sales performance tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and scaling operations.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex data and issues into actionable insights.

Compensation
The posted range for this position is between CAD $102,000 - CAD $129,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
