Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Salary: $60,000 - 65,000

Location: Montreal - Hybrid (2-3 days at the office per week)

Position Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator will take full ownership of the CRM and act as the primary liaison between Sales, PSA, and Revenue Operations. This role will support sales strategy execution, ensure CRM data accuracy, and collaborate on pipeline management and reporting. In this position, the SOC will focus on performance analysis and support sales productivity and operational alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Ownership & Optimization: Own and maintain HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, clean records, and optimal configurations. Continuously improve existing workflows, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements to support evolving business needs.
  • Sales & PS Processes Optimization: Monitor the Sales and Partner Success pipelines to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement improvements to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Data Accuracy & Forecasting: Ensure deal forecasting and pipeline data are accurate and up to date to support reliable quarterly commission calculations and revenue projections.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate and maintain detailed reports, transforming data into actionable insights that help Sales and PS teams make informed, data-driven GTM (Go-To-Market) decisions.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Projects: Work cross-functionally with internal team and external stakeholders to support various HubSpot-driven projects and process improvements.
  • Continuous Optimization & Innovation: Bring fresh ideas for automation, workflow enhancements, and reporting improvements to drive efficiency and scalability across Sales and Partner Success operations.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in a sales or operations role (recent grads are welcome).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Hungry for knowledge, asks questions, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, problem-solver, and willing to do whatever it takes.
  • Able to multitask and handle various responsibilities.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.

  • Experience in a fast-paced or tech startup environment (an asset).
