Sales Operations Analyst II - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Review Requests for Proposal (RFP) information to ensure all necessary details are gathered for project costing.
2. Build cost estimates using the current costing tool and collaborate with operational and sales teams.
3. Draft and complete bid proposals with moderate oversight from supervisors.
4. Lead teleconference segments for Executive Inbound and Outbound Opportunity Reviews.
5. Update and edit quote records in Salesforce.com and support the Sales team during client teleconferences.

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent professional experience.
2. A minimum of 3 years of professional working experience.
3. High proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM) is required.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse team environment.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in writing client-facing documents in MS Word.
2. Familiarity with pharmaceutical services is a plus.
3. Proficiency in French is desirable.
