We’re looking for our next Sales Onboarding Specialist. Could It Be You?

We’re seeking a high performing Bilingual (English, French or Mandarin) Sales Onboarding Specialist to join our growing contact centre team. This role involves managing inbound sales through Chat, SMS, email and calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a goal driven environment, consistently exceeds targets and wants to build a long term career at Questrade.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Handle inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, SMS, email and phone.
2. Convert inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
3. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
4. Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured.
5. Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
6. Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.

• Are fully bilingual in English and French or Mandarin, both verbal and written
• Have proven experience in sales, ideally in a contact centre or multi-channel environment
• Have a track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering customer focused solutions
• Are familiar with Salesforce and pipeline management
• Can work in a hybrid role - 3 days in office
