Sales & Marketing Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to liaison between our Sales and Programming teams. This role will focus on driving collaboration, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between Sales and Programming, ensuring alignment on goals, managing promotional meetings, and supporting campaign development.
• Sales Support: Build and maintain sales materials, including packages and promotional tools, while ensuring rate cards and contracts are up to date. Generate reports to support sales strategies.
• Programming Support: Coordinate promotional opportunities, manage station events and contests, and ensure consistent branding across digital platforms.
• Administrative Tasks: Oversee data entry for orders, submit ad copy requests to the creative team, and report on campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the radio broadcast industry and digital marketing platforms would be an asset.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience in sales support, marketing, and event coordination.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, team-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
