Sales & Marketing Director - Jamaica, Caribbean - Up to $120k

We are working with one of the Caribbean's top Hospitality groups who operate a diverse portfolio of concepts across the Caribbean islands. This group is now looking for a new Director to join their team in Jamaica and lead their Sales and Marketing program.

The Role

1. Drive sales through key channels and local businesses
2. Develop and implement strategic pricing and rate plans
3. Oversee group performance, traffic, and profitability across all concepts
4. Collaborate with marketing on effective campaigns, brand positioning, and guest outreach
5. Lead and motivate the sales team on daily strategies and meeting targets
6. Manage sales and marketing budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and coordinate community initiatives

1. Proven background in sales and marketing in a similar role in the hospitality space
2. Good knowledge of the Caribbean market and how to work with travel partners in the region
3. Open to learning and sharing the company's story, values, and cultural roots
4. Comfortable digging into numbers and using data to help guide smart decisions
