Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Account Coordinator, Best Buy Express where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the National Account Manager in growing a key retail account. This exciting entry-level position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of programs and maintaining effective communication with our retail partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retailer Program Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Operations, Merchandising, Finance) to coordinate tasks related to retailer programs.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for the retail partner, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Strategic Support: Assist in the development and execution of strategic channel programs.
  • Presentation Preparation: Help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and action feedback.
  • Operational Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing or resolving operational issues that may arise.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends impacting performance.

Critical Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, sales support, or project coordination.
  • Preferred Background: Telecommunications experience and/or university experience is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
