Sales Manager

Kelly Services has partnered with a leader in the professional coffee machine industry to recruit for a SALES MANAGER in Canada.

Remote position

Needs to be a Canadian Citizen or have a VALID USA visa.

Comfortable travelling 75% of their time within Canada and USA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Grow existing accounts and expand penetration for assigned channel by utilizing market data to close sales calls.
2. Provide strategic insights in planning to sales and marketing leadership.
3. Provide an active pipeline of new business opportunities.
4. Prepare monthly sales forecast and deliver yearly sales quotas for all brands.
5. Train and engage with customer sales teams regarding company products.
6. Represent company at trade shows, industry engagements, and other matters.
7. Work with the technical sales team to overcome technical hurdles of the sales cycle.
8. Other tasks as assigned.

Must have:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales role in a fast-paced growing company selling Foodservice Equipment or commercial coffee equipment. Previous experience selling to National Food Service Chain Customers, Food Service Dealers, and Coffee Roasters.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + bonus + Car allowance.
