We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Sales Lead ready to take their career to the next level by joining a fast-growing organization poised to transform the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Sales Lead, you will be critical in building a repeatable sales engine, driving revenue growth, and scaling the sales team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional, to implement and grow their team and to own and execute a company sales strategy.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead sales initiatives, refine and execute sales strategies, and develop partner channel programs. Your primary focus will be acquiring and growing relationships with promotional product distributors, apparel decorators, print-on-demand providers, and wholesale apparel suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Accountability: Align with senior management to set revenue goals. Actively engage in direct selling to meet or exceed these targets, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with high-value customers and prospects, providing insights and positioning our SaaS as a must-have solution.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement scalable sales processes and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Establish performance metrics and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Partner Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including blanks providers and decorators, to drive indirect sales.
- Process Optimization: Establish and refine repeatable sales methodologies, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and overall performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Sales Director). Experience in the custom/decorated apparel industry or a related field is desirable.
- Track Record: Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and building scalable sales teams.
- Process-Oriented: Strong expertise in building and optimizing sales processes and systems, including CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Partner Development: Experience developing and managing partner channels and indirect sales strategies.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and eager to take ownership of outcomes.
