About The Opportunity

As a Sales Lead at Protocase, you’ll be responsible for mentoring our sales team toward their goals and in turn, driving new business opportunities. Day to day responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team growth targets.
  • Leading by example with an emphasis on shared values, coaching, and accountability.
  • Guiding team in maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring we clearly understand their needs and our manufacturing capabilities.
  • Measuring and analysing team sales metrics and executing strategies toward continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with other teams (such as production, research and development, marketing, and more!) to ensure customer satisfaction.

About You

We are open to candidates with all levels of experience - we hire for more than what is on paper. Some things that could make your application stand out could be your:

  • Experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of success in team building (sales environment an asset).
  • Strong computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn new software platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, strategies, and practices.
  • Growth mindset and accountability - you're driven to learn and improve.
  • Superb communication skills (both oral and written English).
  • A passion and energy that shines through when it comes to supporting your team in solving challenges and achieving goals.

The total compensation package for this role starts ranging between $47,000 and $60,000 CAD. You will also enjoy the following benefits:
