Job Title: Sales, Key Account Manager - Person Health – Shoppers Drug Mart/Loblaws (Office-Based, Mississauga)

Job Description:

The Key Account Manager is the key interface between Philips and its customers. This person will represent Philips and its products to provide total solutions to customer needs.

Your role:

  • Assess the customers’ business model, analyze their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Know the customers’ vision, values, roadmap, business plan, and budget.
  • Present solutions to problems to key stakeholders within the customer’s organization which they may not yet recognize and build consensus.
  • Provide detailed analysis of all Philips opportunities focused on Shoppers Drug Mart.
  • Create solutions meeting customer requirements involving the entire Philips team.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have completed a University degree, BBA / Commerce preferred.
  • You have 3+ years of account management experience in the CPG industry.
  • You have experience working with Loblaw Companies, which is an asset.
  • Working experience with Nielsen, NPD, and/or customer POS data.

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Mississauga.
