As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top property owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
  2. Business Development – Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business using CoStar Group’s extensive property data.
  3. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  4. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and trends within your specific market territory.
  5. Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication.
  6. Relationship Building – Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients, requiring travel by car and potentially outside your office location.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  2. A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  3. A current and valid driver’s license is required.
  4. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  1. Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships.
  2. Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  3. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
  4. Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.
