What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Empower sales teams to achieve peak performance through improved knowledge, skills, and process adoption
  2. Develop and scale the Enablement program for Investment Advisor and Financial Planning teams
  3. Optimize onboarding processes to integrate new hires into the company culture from day one
  4. Build and deliver training programs to ensure consistent understanding across all Sales teams
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to innovate and iterate on sales enablement processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or client-facing team enablement
  2. Strong understanding of learning principles, needs analysis, and assessment techniques
  3. Experience in developing and delivering engaging blended learning programs
  4. Familiarity with sales platforms, including Gong.io
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

  1. Experience enabling financial services or wealth management teams
  2. Demonstrated resourcefulness and adaptability in evolving business environments
  3. Strong skills in persuasive writing and effective communication at all levels
