Someone with experience in insurance, who understands the challenges of the job and knows how to build trust. You don’t need to be the best salesperson; it’s about making others shine.

Tasks

  • Lead and support a team of 5 advisors, demonstrating results by example and creating a trusting, collaborative environment.
  • Recruit and attract talent to strengthen the team with a human-centered approach.
  • Ensure ongoing training and development of the team to maximize individual and collective performance.
  • Set clear sales targets and measure results, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a positive environment where every team member feels supported and valued.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in insurance and a passion for team management.
  • Must hold a life insurance (PQAP) and/or group benefits license.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to meet with clients.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), as some clients may be English-speaking is a plus
  • Financial planner designation is a plus.
