Sales Director

Salary : On Target Earnings : $150,000 per annum (Competitive base salary + Bonus)

Status : Home Office with travel to customer sites in Quebec and Atlantic Provinces. (60% overnight stays)

The Sales Director is responsible for development of sales related activities and supervision of a team of Sales Representatives within Quebec and Atlantic provinces.

You will be responsible for :

• Training, coaching and personal development of sales representatives and team members.
• Developing a distributor/dealer network in Quebec working with food service consultants and distributors. This will include regular visits to our client dealer network and driving sales.
• Working with a structured sales approach to enable the sales team to meet sales activity targets.
• Assisting our Channel/Dealer network in trade shows and events when needed.
• Planning and creating a sales funnel and opening business opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Management of Key Accounts within the Quebec and Atlantic provinces.
• Traveling around Quebec and Atlantic provinces. (60%) overnight stays. International travel for training purposes, workshops, and seminars.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing
• Fully Bilingual in French and English (Speak, Read, Write, and understand English and French)
• 5+ years of previous sales, sales management, or business development experience
• 3 years of Sales Management and Supervisory experience
• Previous sales experience in food service or food/culinary industry
• Experience with key account management
• Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Salesforce (or other CRM system), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MapPoint)
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented, and results-driven organization
• Ability to work within a structured sales process
