Our client, a company at the forefront of its field, constantly offering 3PL solutions and services to its clients, is looking for an experienced Sales Director to share their knowledge and build a team of salespeople. Our client, specializing in 3PL logistics, is searching for their next colleague to fill the role of Sales Director. They have an exceptional team and wish to expand their organization. Tasks

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Oversee the contract negotiation process.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by coordinating with operational and customer service teams.
  • Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Promote a performance and collaboration-driven culture within the team.
  • Organize regular meetings to evaluate progress and discuss improvements.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • University degree in business, logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a 3PL logistics context.
  • In-depth experience in transport, logistics, transit, LTL, TL, messaging, and storage.
  • Knowledge of distribution processes for international imports and exports, as well as different modes of transport (maritime, road, intermodal).
  • Must be willing to be hands-on in the field.
