Position Overview: As a Sales Coordinator at Tulips & Maple, you’ll be the heartbeat of our event planning and sales process. Working alongside our energetic team, you’ll help bring client visions to life—both behind the scenes and at the event. You’ll juggle administrative duties with hands-on event management, ensuring every detail shines. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the excitement of event day.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Client Support

  • Sales Support: Partner with the Sales Manager to craft tailored mouth-watering catering proposals that match each client's needs.
  • Client Care: Keep in touch with clients throughout the process, making sure they feel confident, excited, and informed every step of the way.
  • Venue Tours: Show off event spaces to clients, walking them through the details that make their vision come to life.
  • Proposal Management: Keep everything organized and accurate in our event management system, so no detail is overlooked.
  • Sales Follow-Up: Build relationships and help secure bookings through proactive follow-ups with potential and returning clients.

Event Planning & Preparation

  • Creative Prep: Assemble all the non-food essentials—menus, signage, décor—making sure they match the vibe of each event.
  • Logistics Coordination: Team up with kitchen and operations staff to ensure everything’s prepped and ready to roll on event day.

On-Site Event Supervision

  • Event Management: Take charge on-site, ensuring every element—from stunning setups to delicious dishes—is executed flawlessly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire event staff to deliver top-notch service and ensure the client's vision comes to life.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle any hiccups with grace, making quick decisions to keep everything running smoothly.
