Under the supervision of the Sales Managers, the Sales Consultant is responsible for greeting, guiding customers, as well as selling products and services. The Sales Consultant acts as the first contact with the customer and must generate sales by meeting the customer’s needs while striving to attain his/her personal sales objective.

Your role

1. Greet and advise customers on products and services and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty;
2. Achieve your sales objective;
3. Help our customers design their interior and exterior spaces;
4. Prepare sales contracts in accordance with current policies and procedures;
5. Develop a strong network of clients and create a long-term relationship with them;
6. Perform regular follow-ups of sales contracts to ensure that the delivery and after-sales service are carried out as soon as possible and to the complete satisfaction of clients.

You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following skills

1. Interest for design and space planning as well as an understanding of aesthetic language;
2. A keen sense of listening to customers, analyzing their needs and a confident and convincing approach;
3. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4. A positive, dynamic and respectful attitude with customers and work colleagues;
5. You are comfortable to work weekends.
