Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
2. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and a tailored sales approach.
3. Engage customers face-to-face and over the phone to consult, promote, and close sales.
4. Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
5. Work collaboratively with the team to maximize sales during campaigns and promotions.
6. Assist customers with their purchasing decisions by identifying needs and presenting suitable options.
7. Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
8. Use in-house systems to process and manage sales orders efficiently.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a retail sales, hospitality, or customer service role, with a focus on driving results.
2. A passion for sales and a natural ability to build relationships with customers.
3. Results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets.
4. A quick learner who can understand customer needs and respond with the right solutions.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
6. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including data entry.
7. Experience with premium products, furniture, or design is an advantage but not essential.
