Sales Associate - Whitby

CALLING ALL ROCKSTAR SALES ASSOCIATESThis is a Part-Time contract position

We are looking for super friendly, outgoing, personable people to join our newest sales team! We are in search of those with an entrepreneurial mindset who can help us grow our client’s portfolio of smoke-free products, providing a safer range of better choices for adult smokers. We need social butterflies who can not only hold a conversation but really connect with people while remaining professional.

Motivated individuals who perform get to participate in profit sharing; when YOU and the team hit the targets, you and the team receive a percentage of the variable fees. We subscribe to cooperative finances, where funding directly benefits the individuals involved in the program.

WHAT’S A WORKDAY LOOK LIKE?

• Engaging and educating adult smokers
• One to two locations per day, four to eight-hour shifts, 3x per week
• Trade support; key retailers, pubs, restaurants, and clubs
• Attending ongoing training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped and confident
• Coaching and audits to ensure compliance with guidelines and protocols around sales, operations, health, and safety
• Working collaboratively to unlock the communal genius of our high-performance culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Comfortable speaking with every customer
• Sales and customer service experience is an absolute must
• The ability to work well in a team environment

WHAT WE OFFER:

• $30 hourly plus health benefits and bonus
• Changing, non-traditional schedule focused on late afternoon and evenings Thursday – Saturday
• Total hours currently 20-24 per week with a significant chance of this increasing pending campaign success

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Must have valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Background check will be completed as part of onboarding
• Will be required to stand for extended periods of time, and lift/carry 25-50 pounds
