Job Requirements:

1. Languages: English
2. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
3. Experience: Will train

Job Duties:

1. Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease.
2. Advise customers on use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products or services.
3. Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates.
4. Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease.
5. Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts and accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment.
6. Assist in display of merchandise.
7. Maintain sales records for inventory control.
8. Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
9. May conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
