Sales Associate & Commercial Accounts Lead

Expected weekly shifts for this role will include Wednesday-Friday, 7:30am to 1:30pm as well as Saturday 10:30-3:30pm. The applicant will be responsible for commercial account paint deliveries using the company vehicle on Wednesday to Friday mornings.

This is a hybrid role with an in-store retail service component that will require exceptional customer service skills, on-the-go problem solving, ability to work as a team, and a genuine interest in painting, interior design, and home decorating. The second component of this role includes being the commercial accounts and paint delivery lead. Responsibilities include receiving, recording, tinting, and managing delivery logistics for commercial paint deliveries on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. Once properly trained, the applicant will open the store at 7:30am on each weekday shift and be accountable for supporting commercial painters. A delivery vehicle is provided.

As vendors of paint, blinds & shutters, and garage renovations, the applicant will be trained on principles of interior design and must be comfortable in a sales-based environment. Educating and informing customers about design options and recommendations, as well as generating leads for the sales of blinds, garage floors, and paint jobs for our contractors, is an expectation of the role. Bonus pay in addition to the hourly rate will be awarded for all leads that transition into successful business.

Applicants must be able to comfortably and frequently lift heavy paint pails, have a positive attitude, and offer relentless customer service that never disappoints. This is a part-time role with the expectation that it will continue into summer 2025. Mature candidates looking for a long-term position preferred.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
