Position Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Strong professionalism and excellent communication skills for in-home customer interactions.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • A clean criminal background required by Home Depot.
  • Flexibility with scheduling.
  • Availability to spend 6–8 hours per week engaging directly with customers in Home Depot stores (compensated).

  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales targets and strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and staff to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
